Meanings of acronyms I use within the comments of bills:

State of a Bill:
-wrinkling:
V = vertical (from top to bottom)
H = horizontal (from left to right)
C = crashed (irregulary) - like what u do with junk and trash

-state of paper:
brandnew = a fresh bill, not wrinkled
new = new bill slightly wrinkled
worn = resistance of paper between 75 and 50% of a new bill
worn out = resistance of paper is lower than 50% of its original value.
